Submit Artwork and Project Specifications
The following outlines the process for submitting ready artwork for printing, sign-making or other production needs.
Step 1 / Place Your Order
You will receive a copy of your Order Acknowledgment / Invoice as soon as you place and confirm your order. Please, always use this order confirmation number as reference when sending or uploading graphic files for printing or production services.
Step 2 / Prepare Your Files
Prepare your files by following all necessary steps listed in Artwork Setup / Artwork Submission Guidelines. If your files are not prepared as requested in these guidelines, we will contact you with any problems, additional artwork charges and any delay in the production schedule. If multiple files are submitted, please include all files into a single folder before sending or uploading. Name folder appropriately — with your company name, job title, or order number. Include a text file with your name, company, address, and phone number as well as your Nova Display Systems sales contact, if available.
Step 3 / Submit Your Artwork Files
- E-mail Files to [email protected] – Please limit file size to 5MB or less.
- Upload Files using form on this page – Please limit file size to 10MB or less.
- Cloud Storage Links – Send us a link to your cloud-hosted files (Google Drive, Dropbox, Wetransfer, One Drive, etc.)
- Mail Files (DVDs & USB Flash Drives) – Nova Display Systems, 875 Wilson Street, Ste B, Eugene, OR 97402
Step 4 / Notify Us of Your Submission
It is important to enter your order ID and contact information on the upload form, when sending your artwork files. Uploads without correct information will not be processed. For mail submissions, please clearly reference your order number on the package/envelope and include all pertinent contact information.
Step 5 / Approve Your Proof
After you have submitted the files for your print/production project, we will review them within one to three business days, create a scaled-down JPEG file proof, and then e-mail you a copy for approval. Approve your proof immediately once you are satisfied with it. Remember, we send the files to production only when proof approval is received and payment is confirmed.
Turnaround and Delivery Time
To determine the time it will take to print your graphics or fabricate your sign or display please call us. Turnaround times depend on the complexity and volume of your project. On average, most small to medium size projects require 5 to 10 business days of printing or production time from the date of your proof approval. Remember, turnaround times do not include shipping/delivery time to your site. Please allow an additional 1-5 business days for shipping; depending on your selected shipping method and your location.
Finished product will dispatch based on production schedule established and followed by both the customer and customer support team. Once shipped, we will provide you with necessary order tracking information. You may use our Order Status Request Form to ask for updates.
Nova Display Systems can accommodate most rush orders. Rush turnaround must be discussed and approved prior to placing the order. Approval of rush orders depends on equipment and our production team availability.
Additional Charges
All submitted graphic files are expected to be ready-to-print or outlined-vector type for laser cutting.
*Additional fees may be added for files requiring re-creation, manipulation, revision, modification, etc. Design and editing services are $120 per hour.
