Composition and Materials
All aluminum profiles and most interlocking components are manufactured of high-grade aluminum alloy by method of cold extrusion. They have a high strength, close tolerance and a sturdy surface finish. Clear Satin Anodized is the only standard/stock finish. Color powder coating is also available at request. There are few dozen colored swatches / color options from which to choose.
Colors and Finishes
Aluminum Modular Extrusions/Profiles come in a Clear Satin Anodized Finish – the aluminum is treated through an anodizing process that converts the aluminum surface into a decorative, durable, corrosion-resistant, anodic oxide finish. This thicker layer of anodic oxide makes the aluminum stronger and able to withstand damage. Color powder coating is also available upon request. There are a few dozen swatches / color options from which to choose. Clear Satin Anodized is the only standard/stock finish.

Precautions / Performance and Safety
Aluminum components are characterized by their lightness, strength, corrosion resistance, high durability and formability. Leading to a wide range of product forms and extensive use in engineering applications. However, despite its high durability and corrosion resistance, some simple steps should be employed when handling and cleaning aluminum. To avoid staining and damage, avoid scraping against hard or sharp surfaces, do not drag or throw components, use soft slings when lifting heavy components, and clean regularly to remove any build up or dirt. If left for an extended period of time, grime may cause staining. Depending on the extent of staining; clean with plain water with mild soap/detergent or non-etching chemical cleaner.
Aluminum Modular Systems are recyclable and have a low-impact on the environment beginning with the planning/ design stages. Most components are fabricated from aluminum – non-ferrous recycling metal. With close to 100 percent recyclable content, aluminum can be repeatedly recycled into similar or other products with no loss of quality, as reprocessing does not damage their molecular structure.
