Acrylic Sign Blanks are designed for use with our sign/panel standoffs, projecting standoff supports, edge-grip supports, desktop standoffs, and cable/rod suspensions. They are available in a range of sizes, thickness and shapes. Standard blanks are made of clear and non-glare acrylic for use as wall/door signs or name plates with interchangeable printed inserts. Blanks can be used with permanent vinyl text and graphics, laser etching, or direct-to-surface printing are also available. Acrylic blanks can be supplied in few other surface finishes and colors.
Clear/Non-Glare Acrylic Blanks for Name Plates/Door Signs — M4 Studs / (Blanks Only)
Acrylic blank/frame sets with non-glare front and clear back — available in various sizes to accommodate for most standard name-plate/door sign insert formats. The blanks are drilled for mounting to walls, doors, or cubicles using our standoff supports with M4 stud-caps. Use with interchangeable printed inserts up to 80 pt, 2mm (3/32″) thick — blanks provide a quick and easy way to change information.

IMPORTANT NOTE: The above acrylic frame sets are supplied based on the finished panel/frame size only. Customers are required to determine the size of their graphic based on the desired clear border around the insert. Using the same insert size as the frame is an option, however this will result in the standoff overlapping a small section of the image along with requiring a small hole punched through the image at the standoff mounting point.
HOW TO ORDER: Acrylic blanks for interchangeable printed inserts are supplied as a set with 1/8” thick “clear” and 1/8” thick “non-glare” acrylic blanks for use as back and front cover (for example 18ASP-1506/H-D2-M4 and 18ASP-1506NG/H-D2-M4). Panels are drilled for M4 studs. *All acrylic blanks for name-plates and door signs are sold in kit or bundle configuration to include standoff hardware. Save time and money on Acrylic Sign Blanks in Bundles — supplied in few acrylic finishes with polished edges, and wall/desktop standoff mounting hardware. Blanks are available in crystal clear, frost, and satinice black or white as standard. They are also available in sets of clear and non-glare for use as sandwich style frame. Use these with interchangeable printed inserts for wall, door, and desktop signs to provide a quick and easy way to change information. HOW TO ORDER: Always order the acrylic blanks for interchangeable printed inserts as a set with 1/8” thick “clear” acrylic blank for use as backing and 1/8” thick “non-glare” acrylic blank for use as front cover (for example 18ASP-8511 and 18ASP-8511NG). These acrylic blanks/frames have laser-cut polished edges and no holes. Use with wall edge-grip standoff supports — select from appropriate edge-grip standoff hardware following the links in the “Compatibility Table” bellow.
Clear Acrylic Blanks for Vinyl Applications — NO HOLES / (Blanks Only)
1/4″ thick clear acrylic blanks for use with vinyl graphics — available in various sizes to accommodate for most standard wall/door mounted sign formats. Customer to apply permanent text and graphics with vinyl lettering or direct-to-surface printing. These blanks have no holes and can be mounted to wall using our edge-grip supports. Acrylic blanks can also be fabricated in other finishes such as frost, matte black, matte white, or satinice colors.
