We specialize in custom work and welcome any of your design and size variations. We provide acrylic holders in custom sizes up to 36” x 48”. All acrylic holders are precision laser-cut and have an exceptional polished edge quality. They are made-to-order and can be fabricated in a range of finishes such as clear, P99 non-glare, OP3 UV-filtering, and Impact-Resistant (Duraplex). For special orders under time constraints we are uniquely capable of providing fast turnaround when necessary. Easy Access Acrylic Holders — Standard Sizes
The chart displays the most suitable and commonly used acrylic holder sizes for showcasing information and infographics. Smaller to medium sizes like 8.5″ x 11”, 11″ x 14”, 11″ x 17”, or 12″ x 18” are ideal for most info/graphic presentations. For displaying posters and photographs, larger sizes up to 24″ x 36” are recommended. These sizes are compatible with our wall-mounted or window-suspended cable/rod display system.
- Small/Medium Size Holders — Designed for information, charts, graphics, and prints, these holders in smaller to medium sizes cater to a variety of display needs.
- Large/Oversize Format Frames — Tailored for posters and photographs, the larger sizes offer ample space for impactful displays of visual content.
Acrylic Holder Styles — Corner Style Options
Our Easy Access Acrylic Holders come in various corner style and trim design options at the fold-line, with the Classic and Expo Styles being the most popular choices. Each frame offers a distinct aesthetic that complements different decor and environments. These open-top folded pocket/envelope style frames with side tabs are crafted from clear or non-glare acrylic and are compatible with cable/rod side panel supports, wall standoffs, and edge-grip supports.
- Expo Holder Style — Features a trim design with angular/mitered corner cut at the fold line.
- Classic Holder Style — Showcases a trim design with an inverted rounded corner cut at the fold line.
- Arche Style Holder — Presents a trim design with a rounded corner cut at the fold line.
Acrylic Holder Finish — Thickness and Material Type
Our Easy Access Acrylic Holders stand out from the generic options available on the market today by being crafted from high-quality clear acrylic with a substantial thickness of 1/8″ (3mm), unlike the typical 1.5mm–2mm thickness. Emphasizing product quality and longevity, we offer standard thicknesses of 1/8″ (3mm) to ensure optimal performance and durability, preventing deformation over time. For custom oversize holders intended for heavy usage, we recommend the use of impact-resistant 3mm (1/8”) thick acrylic or 4mm (5/32”) thick clear acrylic material. These holders are available in a range of sizes and finishes, including clear, P99 non-glare, OP3 UV-filtering, and Impact-Resistant (Duraplex) options.
Acrylic Holder Mounting — Hardware Options
The easy access acrylic holders feature 1/8” thick clear acrylic folded style frames with side tabs, allowing for attachment to cable/rod or wall fittings for mounting. Additional cable components and installation accessories, such as ceiling and floor tracks, are available to enhance design freedom and flexibility.
- Cable Display System — Utilize 1.5mm cable fixing kits and fittings to suspend the easy access acrylic info/poster holders from ceiling-to-floor, inside window frames, wall-to-wall, or on rails/tracks.
- Rod Display System — Opt for 6mm rod fixing kits and fittings to suspend the easy access acrylic info/poster holders from ceiling-to-floor, wall-to-wall, or on rails/tracks.
- Standoff Support System — Use our wall-mounted standoff and edge-grip fittings to directly mount the easy access acrylic info/poster holders onto the wall.
We supply multi-pocket easy access acrylic holders specifically designed to showcase multiple inserts like pictures, signs, or graphics side by side. These holders are available in double, triple, or quad configurations, accommodating various insert sizes. The key advantage of the multi-pocket acrylic holder is that it requires less cable/rod mounting hardware thereby reducing the overall cost of the display. Holders provide a quick and easy way to change information — just insert your print or graphic by sliding the image down into the holder from the top, as simple as using a file folder.
- Double Frames — Offered for 8″ x 10″ and 8.5″ x 11″ insert sizes in clear or non-glare acrylic.
- Triple Frames — Available for 4″ x 6″, 5″ x 7″, and 8″ x 10″ insert sizes in clear or non-glare acrylic.
- Quad Frames — Designed for 4″ x 6″ and 5″ x 7″ insert sizes in clear or non-glare acrylic.
Available in single or multi–pocket configurations and in few popular sizes to accommodate for bi-fold, tri-fold, or letter format literature. Use with easy access acrylic holder displays at the bottom of presentation — the back panel comes in various sizes to match the width of holders.
- Single-Pocket Holders — Designed for 8.5″ x 11″ (letter) insert sizes, available in portrait or landscape orientation.
- Double-Pocket Holders — Offered for 5.5″ x 8.5″ (bi-fold) and 8.5″ x 11″ (letter) insert sizes.
- Triple-Pocket Holders — Available for 3.5″ x 8.5″ (tri-fold), 5.5″ x 8.5″ (bi-fold), and 8.5″ x 11″ (letter) insert sizes.
- Quad-Pocket Holders — Designed for 3.5″ x 8.5″ (tri-fold) and 5.5″ x 8.5″ (bi-fold) insert sizes.
Standard display kits can be easily re-configured or modified — replace or add additional acrylic holders to an existing display kit, or build an entirely new display configuration by ordering holders and cable fittings by individual components. We offer photographic quality printing for posters, graphics and signage at very competitive prices. Printing is available on a variety of substrates such as satin, gloss or textured photo-base paper, and polyester films.
We design and fabricate a wide range of acrylic display accessories for use with cable/rod, rail, standoff, and modular systems. We use various acrylic material type such as clear, non-glare, color, frost, UV filtering, or impact resistant.
Add depth and enhance the visual appeal of your display with dimensional letters and logos. Depending on your requirements we will fabricate lettering, logos, and special graphics in plastic, metal, and other popular materials.
