We specialize in custom work and welcome any of your design and size variations. For cable/rod suspended displays we provide acrylic frames in custom sizes up to 24” x 36”. All acrylic frames are precision laser-cut and have an exceptional polished edge quality. Both back (rear) and front (cover) acrylic panels/blanks are made-to-order and can be fabricated in a range of custom sizes and finishes such as clear, non-glare, uv-filter, satin frost, or satin black/white. Most standard acrylic frames come with 1/4” thick clear back and 1/8” thick non-glare front cover. Panels are drilled for M4-M6 studs depending on the cable/rod system type used for panel suspension. For special orders under time constraints we are uniquely capable of providing fast turnaround when necessary. Cable/Rod Suspended Acrylic Frames — Standard Sizes
The chart displays the most suitable and commonly used sizes for acrylic frames utilized with our cable/rod display systems. Most display panels are designed to fit standard poster–inserts in the small to medium format range. Many other combinations or custom sizes are available. Note that acrylic frames/panels are supplied in two different formats styles as detailed below.
- Small Format Frames — Displayed by insert size, with the actual acrylic panel being larger to provide a 1-1/4” clear border around the insert.
- Medium Format Frames — Available and listed by frame/panel size without additional border, or by insert size with framing panels larger than the insert.
- Large/Oversize Format Frames — Offered and listed by finished frame/panel size only, without an extra border around the insert.
Cable/Rod Suspended Acrylic Frame Styles — Corner Options
Use our Clear Acrylic Frames to showcase your photographs, award certificates, prints, posters, graphics and more. We provide the frames in few corner style options. Each of these frames have a slight different look and will blend well with various decor or surroundings.
- Square Corners — Frames with straight corners exude a clean and classic look, characterized by sharp lines for a timeless appeal.
- Round Corners — Featuring rounded corners, these frames offer a smooth and solid appearance with a charmingly simple aesthetic.
- Arched Sides — Frames with arched top/bottom or sides introduce a fresh alternative look, adding style and extra elegance to your displays.
Cable/Rod Suspended Acrylic Frame Thickness Options — Front/Back Panel Combinations
The recommended combined thickness for acrylic frames are based on the frame size and ranges from 6mm (1/4”) to 13mm (1/2”). Smaller frames look well enough in a 6mm combined thickness while the larger frames may require a 9mm or 13mm combined thickness. We offer a selection of frame grade acrylic sheets ranging in thickness from 3mm to 6mm. Acrylic sheets are available in clear, P99 non-glare, OP3 UV-filtering, and more. Acrylic sheets offer exceptional clarity similar to glass and are half the weight and more impact resistant than glass, while meeting the standards of the most demanding framing applications.
Use our premium quality cable/rod display systems for all type of suspended applications — ceiling-to-floor, above-counter, wall-to-wall, or rail/track suspensions. Cable/rod display systems provide a number of options options for acrylic frame/panel mounting and with fittings available in standard satin chrome or natural stainless steel finishes.
- Cable Display System — Use the 1.5mm cable fixing kits and fittings to suspend acrylic literature holders from ceiling-to-floor, above counter, wall-to-wall, or rails/tracks.
- Rod Display System — Use the 6mm rod fixing kits and fittings to suspend acrylic literature holders from ceiling-to-floor, above counter, wall-to-wall, or rails/tracks.
Cable/Rod Suspended Acrylic Frame Finish — Front/Back Panel Combinations
These are the most common acrylic types and finishes used in fabrication of our frame/panel sets used with cable/rod display systems. Other options are available upon request.
- Small/Medium Format Frames (up to 18” x 18”) — Includes a 3mm (1/8”) thick clear back and a 3mm (1/8”) thick clear or non-glare acrylic front.
- Medium Format Frames (up to 24” x 24”) — Supplied with a 6mm (1/4”) thick clear, frost, matte black, or white back, and a 3mm (1/8”) thick clear or non-glare acrylic front (optional 1/4″ clear front available).
- Large Format Frames for M10 Studs (up to 36” x 48”) — Provided with a 6mm (1/4”) thick clear, frost, matte black, or white back, and a 3mm (1/8”) thick clear or non-glare acrylic front (optional 1/4″ clear front available).
- Oversize Format Frames for M10 Studs (up to 48” x 96”) — Equipped with a 6mm (1/4”) thick clear back and a 3mm (1/8”) thick clear or non-glare acrylic front (optional 1/4″ clear front available).
Available in single or multi–pocket configurations and in few popular sizes to accommodate for bi-fold, tri-fold, or letter format literature. Use with cable/rod suspended acrylic display frames at the bottom of presentation — the back panel comes in various sizes to match the cable/rod centers and frame width.
- Single-Pocket Holders — Available for 8.5″ x 11″ (letter) insert sizes in either portrait or landscape orientation.
- Double-Pocket Holders — Available for 5.5″ x 8.5″ (bi-fold) and 8.5″ x 11″ (letter) insert sizes.
- Triple-Pocket Holders — Offered for 3.5″ x 8.5″ (tri-fold), 5.5″ x 8.5″ (bi-fold), and 8.5″ x 11″ (letter) insert sizes.
- Quad-Pocket Holders — Designed for 3.5″ x 8.5″ (tri-fold) and 5.5″ x 8.5″ (bi-fold) insert sizes.
Enhance your display design by adding a logo or info panel. We provide personalized direct printed or laser engraved logo panels and custom signage. We use a variety of materials including clear, frost, color acrylic, or other plastic stock used for creating high quality signs for interior.
Add-on Products and Services
We offer large format photographic quality printing for posters, graphics and signage at very competitive prices and reasonable lead times. Printing is available on a variety of substrates such as photo paper, polyester films, back-lit films, transparencies, vinyl, label or plastic stock.
We design and fabricate a wide range of acrylic display accessories for use with cable/rod, rail, standoff, and modular display systems. We use acrylic material in various thicknesses and types such as clear, non-glare, color, frost, UV filtering, or impact resistant.
Add depth and enhance the visual appeal of your display with dimensional letters and logos. Depending on your requirements we will fabricate lettering, logos, and special graphics in plastic, metal, and other popular materials with a variety of high quality surface finishes to compliment your display.
