Nova Display Systems provides technical support and installation guides for our display systems and products that require assembly. We do our best to ensure that each install process is seamless, accurate, and that our display products are installed correctly and operate efficiently. We provide numerous resources, such as component installation guides, step-by-step instructions, and other support pages. We also can help customers to find reliable installers through our Referral Installer Program at locations where they are available.
Display Systems Installation / Procedures and Tools:
The installation of our display systems typically involves the following.
- Preparation — Ensure that the installation site is ready and all necessary components and accessories arrived in full and undamaged. It may also require tools such as electric drills, drill bits, levels, measure tapes, hex keys, screwdrivers, side-cutters (for cutting cables to length), hacksaw (or rod cutter for cutting steel rods), spacing blocks, and other appropriate hardware.
- Hardware Requirements — In some cases, specific hardware may be necessary for the installation of display systems, such as concrete and drywall anchors, mounting brackets, and other specialized components.
- Itemized Packing List and Assembly Drawings — Inspect and organize all the display components by verifying against the company itemized packing list and assembly drawings if provided with designs. This will help to understand what components go where and in what order.
