We specialize in custom work and welcome any of your design and size variations. For rail/track mounted displays with tensioned cable system we provide acrylic holders and frames in standard and custom sizes up to 36” x 48”. Acrylic holders and frames are precision laser-cut and have an exceptional polished edge quality. They are made-to-order and can be fabricated in a range of finishes such as clear, P99 non-glare, OP3 UV-filtering, or Impact-Resistant (Duraplex). For special orders under time constraints we are uniquely capable of providing fast turnaround when necessary. Cable Suspended Easy Access Acrylic Holders — Standard Sizes
The chart illustrates the most suitable and common acrylic holder sizes for displaying information and infographics. Sizes in the smaller/medium format range, such as 8.5″ x 11″, 11″ x 14″, 11″ x 17″, or 12″ x 18″, are well-suited for most info/graphic presentations. Acrylic holder sizes in the large format range, up to 24″ x 36″, are used for displaying posters and photographs. Additionally, larger format acrylic holders up to 36″W x 48″H are available on a made-to-order basis and may require the use of impact-resistant acrylic for durability.

We offer standard suspension kits in a 1.5mm diameter cable system, which include ready-crimped cables, fixings, and tensioners. The type of toggles for rails should be specified separately. Our standard kits come with 4-meter (13′ 1-1/2″) long cables, which can be shortened in place during installation at the bottom.
- Cable Kits with Standard Toggles — For most common applications, use CA4 or C101-4M cable suspension kits with PA8 toggles. Multiple cables can be shared to create a much wider display, spanning the entire wall area by joining rails/tracks and adding as many columns or rows as needed.
- Cable Kits with Quick-Fit Toggles — Use the CQQ quick-fit cable suspension kit for applications that require periodic adjustments or reconfiguration of your display design.
Easy Access Acrylic Holder Finish Options — Thickness and Material Type
Unlike generic acrylic holders typically available in the market, which are usually in the 1.5mm–2mm material thickness range, our Easy Access Acrylic Holders are exclusively offered in a 3mm (1/8″) thickness. We prioritize product quality and longevity, and therefore, we do not recommend or utilize materials of lesser gauge. Thinner acrylic materials are prone to deformation and may not perform properly, leading to shape distortion within a few months of use. Our selection of frame grade acrylic sheets includes 3mm thickness options such as clear, P99 non-glare, OP3 UV-filtering, and Impact-Resistant (Duraplex). For custom oversize holders intended for extensive usage, we recommend the use of 3mm (1/8″) thick impact-resistant acrylic or 4mm (5/32″) thick clear acrylic material.
Utilize aluminum rails/tracks with a double-sided channel opening for wall-to-wall mounted display applications. Profiles are also available perforated at one or both ends for use with in-line connectors. Based on your overall display length, we determine and specify the number of sections, type of rail, and size needed. Most of our aluminum rails/tracks are supplied in 48″, 60″, 72″, 84″, 96″, or custom lengths.
- Rail/Track Mounting to Wall — Use the MSB-25 wall bracket and PA8 toggle to mount rails/tracks directly to the wall. Position the MSB-25 bracket so the screw wall mount portion is covered by the rail (see details in install guidelines).
- Rail/Track Joining and End Finishing — Use profiles perforated at one or both ends with in-line connectors to extend the length of your display. Additionally, use decorative end caps to finish the ends of the rail/track.
Cable Suspended Acrylic Frames / Sandwich Style — Standard Sizes
Utilize our acrylic frames with tensioned cable systems for various suspended applications, including ceiling-to-floor or wall-to-wall rail/track configurations.
- Small Format Frames — Listed by insert size only, with the actual size of the acrylic panel being larger and providing a 1-1/4” clear border around the insert.
- Medium Format Frames — Available and listed by frame/panel size without an extra border, or by insert size with framing panels larger than the insert.
- Large/Oversize Format Frames — Available and listed by finished frame/panel size only, without an extra border around the insert.
Acrylic Holder and Frame Mounting — Hardware Options
Our tensioned cable display system offers a variety of options for mounting acrylic frames/panels, with fittings available in a standard satin chrome finish. Additionally, other cable components and installation accessories, such as ceiling-to-floor or wall-to-wall tracks, are available to provide additional design freedom and flexibility.
- Side-Grip Panel Supports — These supports are used to suspend acrylic frames without holes and easy access acrylic holders from the sides. Pre-select the orientation on the easy access holders for portrait or landscape display.
- Top/Bottom Panel Supports — Utilize these supports to suspend acrylic frames and info/logo panels without holes, holding them from the top and bottom. They are suitable for panels wider than the distance between cables or up to 1/4″ thick substrates.
- Panel Supports with Stud-Caps — These supports are used to suspend acrylic frames and info/logo panels drilled for M4 studs. The panels are placed in front of the cables, and supports are available for 1/4″, 3/8″, and 1/2″ thick substrates.
Cable/Rod Suspended Acrylic Frame Thickness Options — Front/Back Panel Combinations
The recommended combined thickness for acrylic frames is determined by the frame size and ranges from 6mm (1/4″) to 13mm (1/2″). Smaller frames are well-suited to a 6mm combined thickness, while larger frames may require a 9mm or 13mm combined thickness. We offer a selection of frame grade acrylic sheets ranging in thickness from 3mm to 6mm. These acrylic sheets are available in clear, P99 non-glare, OP3 UV-filtering, and more. They provide exceptional clarity similar to glass, are half the weight, more impact-resistant than glass, and meet the standards of the most demanding framing applications.
Our literature holders are available in single or multi–pocket configurations and in popular sizes to accommodate bi-fold, tri-fold, or letter format literature. They are designed to be used with easy access acrylic holders or acrylic frames at the bottom of the presentation. The back panel comes in various sizes to match the width of holders and can be drilled for use with supports with stud-caps.
- Single-Pocket Holders — Available for 8.5″ x 11″ (letter) insert sizes in either portrait or landscape orientation.
- Double-Pocket Holders — Available for 5.5″ x 8.5″ (bi-fold) and 8.5″ x 11″ (letter) insert sizes.
- Triple-Pocket Holders — Offered for 3.5″ x 8.5″ (tri-fold), 5.5″ x 8.5″ (bi-fold), and 8.5″ x 11″ (letter) insert sizes.
- Quad-Pocket Holders — Designed for 3.5″ x 8.5″ (tri-fold) and 5.5″ x 8.5″ (bi-fold) insert sizes.
Our standard display kits are easily re-configurable or modifiable. You can replace or add additional acrylic holders to an existing display kit, or build an entirely new display configuration by ordering holders and cable fittings as individual components.
