Basic and Special Cable Fixing Kits
The 1.5mm Cable Display System, featuring Stainless Steel, is available in both standard and custom pre-configured suspension kits. These kits include ready-crimped cables, fixing plates, tensioners, and a choice of basic or adjustable top/bottom fixings. They are suitable for a variety of applications, including standard ceiling-to-floor, wall-to-wall, ceiling-to-wall, wall-to-floor, and track-suspended setups, as well as other unique configurations. Our standard kits come with cables in lengths of 3 meters (9′ 10″) and 4 meters (13′ 1-1/2″), all of which can be easily shortened or adjusted on-site during installation. For those requiring longer spans, we offer kits with cables extending up to 8 meters (26′ 4″) or more, available upon request.

Note: C120-2M/SS, C140-4M/SS, C160-4M/SS, and C190-4M/SS Cable Suspension Sets include Ball-Joint Swivel Coupling Fixings with 38mm (1-1/2″) Dia. Bases — Optional Base Supports in 50mm diameter are also available. Cable Projection from Wall — 65mm (2-1/2″). Cable Suspension Sets with longer cables or additional crimped cables up to 8 meter (26′ 4″) or more can be supplied at your request.
Specialized Accessories and Components
Optional Base Supports are compatible with C100-2M/SS and C101-4M/SS cable suspension sets. Bases are available in 25mm (1”), 38mm (1-1/2”), and 50mm (2”) diameters. These bases can fit onto both ends of cable set — top fixing and bottom floor-tensioner. Use the CB-50/SS base support to suspend heavier applications (require mounting to studs).

Dual-Grip Cable Standoffs
Dual-grip cable standoffs with wide projection are used to create suspended double-depth and/or double-sided ornamental screens. They can support two screens on the same cables. Dual-grip cable standoffs are supplied in various projection lengths to hold screens spaced apart at 60mm (2-3/8”), 70mm (2-3/4″), and 95mm (3-3/4″).

Adjustable Angle Fixings come with ball-joint swivel coupling and 38mm (1-1/2”) or 50mm (2”) diameter base supports that can be adjusted to any angle. Compatible with C100-2M/SS and C101-4M/SS cable suspension sets. Use with applications that require mounting the cable at an angle such as suspending from sloped ceilings (cathedral or vaulted) or wall-to-wall.

Standard Supports — Panel and Shelf Applications
Supplied in a range of single and double-sided clamp supports for holding panels and shelves, top panel supports for hanging overhead signs, top/bottom supports for gripping onto front mounted panels, supports for wooden shelves or display cases, as well as picture hooks and supports for hanging rails and horizontal rods. Standard edge-grip clamp supports are available in a few standard sizes to support 1/4”, 3/8” and 1/2” thick panels or shelves.

Note: Aluminum rails are offered in lengths of 4, 6, or 8 feet, with custom sizes available upon request. For installation, rail/track systems must be securely mounted to a solid structure or blocking. This includes attaching tracks to ceiling struts, structures above the ceiling line, or wall studs. The spacing for anchoring depends on the track’s sectional size, requiring anchors at least every 12 inches for ceiling installations and every 32 inches for wall applications. The overall durability and capacity of the assembly are contingent upon the secure attachment of the anchors to the ceiling or wall. The total weight the display can support is determined by both the strength of the individual anchors and the number of mounting points used.
