1. Call or email a request to our office to receive your RMA () number. All returns must be accompanied by the order statement and RMA number. Any return without an RMA will be refused and returned to shipper.
2. Place the items into the original package and securely seal it. The RMA number must be clearly written on the outer box. If you received a label in the email, print the label and tape it to the carton.
3. We recommend you ship the return via insured ground service with a tracking number. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Returns must be insured for the invoiced value of the merchandise. We cannot be responsible for lost, misdirected, or damaged returns.
