Easy 30-Day Product Return Policy ...

At Nova Display Systems, our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, or have a need to exchange it to a different product, you can return it to Nova Display within 30 days of purchase date. All returned items must be in the original unopened packaging and undamaged. A 15% restocking fee will be charged to all returns. If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your next billing statement. Please note that restocking fee for special order items including non-stock merchandise is 30%. Custom made items are non-refundable. If you have any questions, ask your salesperson for details.

How to return or exchange an item:

1. Call or email a request to our office to receive your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. All returns must be accompanied by the order statement and RMA number. Any return without an RMA will be refused and returned to shipper.

2. Place the items into the original package and securely seal it. The RMA number must be clearly written on the outer box. If you received a label in the email, print the label and tape it to the carton.

3. We recommend you ship the return via insured ground service with a tracking number. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Returns must be insured for the invoiced value of the merchandise. We cannot be responsible for lost, misdirected, or damaged returns.

* Components and Hardware once unwrapped and used.
* Special and/or Custom Fabricated Items (large format acrylic frames and panels, signage, aluminum structures, stands, etc.)
* Electronic Products once any of the manufacturer's packaging has been opened.
* Damaged Items in connection with misuse or inability to use our products.
* Special Discounted Items.

 

Receiving & Inspection of Product - Carefully inspect your shipment immediately upon receipt! If there is any visible damage, note this on the waybill before you sign and notify the carrier. If you have any questions or problems concerning your shipment please let us know right away. Here are the few important steps to follow upon receiving your order... Product Inspection & Receiving.

Notification of Missing or Defective Product - Please inspect the contents of your order for damage or missing pieces immediately upon arrival. Nova Display guarantees all of its products, and will gladly replace defective merchandise. Customer must keep all packaging and notify Nova Display of any missing components or product defects within 3 days of receipt. Otherwise, the order is considered complete and in good condition.

Limitation of Liability - In no event will Nova Display be liable for any damages, losses, or expenses arising in connection with misuse or inability to use our products. The customer shall test and verify the suitability of the product for intended use. No warranty for intended use is made. The customer assumes all risk and liability. Nova Display's only obligation is replacement or credit for product proven defective. Any technical advice furnished or recommended by Nova Display concerning use or application of any product is believed to be reliable but the company makes no warranty of results obtained.
