Under this warranty
Nova Display Systems will replace all defective product returned to its facility. To request warranty service, you must contact Nova Display within the warranty period. If warranty service is required, Nova Display will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA number). You must ship the products back for inspection to Nova Display Systems in their original or equivalent packaging, prepay shipping charges, and insure the shipment or accept the risk of loss or damage during shipment. Nova Display Systems may, but is not required to, ship your replacement components prior to receiving your returned merchandise. If so, and if the return merchandise is not received in good condition (less the repair issue for which the RMA was issued) you will be responsible for paying the full list price of the merchandise that was sent as a replacement.
